Following the success of the previous five DonkeyCon events, we are pleased to be bringing it back for DonkeyCon 4. All ages are welcome to come and have a look around. You can try out new games, compete in on the day challenges in Super Smash Bros and Rocket League for cash prizes and have some fun in the Just Games Lounge. There will also be a series of ‘have a go challenges’ throughout the day, starting from 12:30. These include time trials and speed runs and anyone is welcome to take part.
DonkeyCon will see the Channel Island’s top gamers battling it out head to head. As spaces are limited for the tournament, to enter you must pre-register through Guernsey Esports. For those who are not entering the tournament, there will be activities for young people and adults throughout the event, including a cosplay contest, walk on gaming challenges and VR demos. Just Games will also be hosting a gaming lounge area with table top games taking place. Entry price does not include esports registration.
Ben Wratten - Guernsey Esports Association, said, “After a successful Donkey Con in 2021, it has been great to see the event grow with hundreds of gamers attending. Guernsey Esports are excited to be working with St James and Just Games once again to be able to offer another showcase of local gaming with being able to add more activities and challenges to the day.”
A new date for Donkey Con will be announced shortly
